Caregivers Haven is a community for and by Caregivers. It is dedicated to family caregivers of the mentally ill, however most of what we do can be beneficial to any caregiver.  Professionally I'm a registered nurse, which in many ways is a caregiver. Additionally, I'm a caregiver to loved ones with a mental illness so I feel the same fear, frustration, anxiety and exhaustion as you do.  I'm here to share my lived experience, professional insight and  my passion for helping caregivers just like you.
